北京洪登国际咨询策划中心作为本集团的智囊团，先后策划了多个在国内外具有重大影响的项目。策划提出首都东扩，构建新的国家行政中心的建议方案；从俄罗斯和蒙古调水，解决中国北部地区缺水问题的“北水南调”工程；学习河北农民在非洲建立保定村的经验，组织农民出国创业到马里等国兴办1万个海外农场的战略设想，中心主任还被呼和浩特等市政府聘为政府高级经济顾问。

| As the think tank of The Group, Beijing Hongdeng International Consulting & Planning Center has planned a number of projects with substantial impacts in China and abroad. It put forward the proposition of eastward expansion of Beijing and suggestions concerning the creation of a new national administrative center, and; the North-to-South Water Diversion Project, namely the water diversion from Russia and Mongolia to resolve the water shortage exists in northern part of China, and; the strategic proposition that farmers in China should be organized to build 10000 overseas farms, which reflected inspirations drawn from the experience of Hebei farmers of establishing a Baoding Village in Africa. The director of the center has also been appointed as the senior economic consultant by Huhhot Municipal Government. |
