香港亚洲商务学院成立于香港回归之年，是在香港政府注册登记的法定院校，其学历证书也是被国际所承认的，其学制为四年。主要面向亚洲49国招收留学生，并在有条件的国家里设立分校或合作办学。教学内容主要以国际商务和WTO以及推动亚洲经济一体化等相关知识为主。另外，香港亚洲商务学院还定期开办：世界经济地理、国际旅游、国际商务谈判、WTO反倾销诉讼、金融、保险业务以及股票上市、网上商务和中英文电脑专业短训班。

Hong Kong Asia Business College, founded in the year of Hong Kong’s return to China, is a legitimate college registered with Hong Kong Government and has its academic certificates acknowledged by the international community.
