海南宝贝房地产开发有限公司成立于2006年7月，是中国宝贝国际集团为了开发海南的旅游观光和房地产项目，推动博鳌亚洲新城建设而设立的
一家大型房地产企业。公司购买了在海口市中心的26层宝贝国际广场大厦，公司为了加快海南的第三次大开发，向海南省政府提出兴建博鳌亚洲新城
建议方案，此方案得到了省政府的高度重视，目前，海南博鳌亚洲新城项目正在规划之中。

 

                Founded in July 2006, Hainan Baobei Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. is a large real estate development enterprise established by China Baobei Investment Group for the purpose of developing the tourism, sightseeing and real estate projects in Hainan Province and facilitating the construction of the Bo’ao Asian New City. The headquarters of this company is based in the 26-storey Baobei International Plaza at the center of Haikou City. In an effort to speed up the third development of Hainan, the company proposed the construction of Bo’ao Asian New City. The proposal received much concern from the provincial government of Hainan and now the planning of the project is underway.
