2007年初，由宝贝集团与美国宏阳企业集团共同组建中美合资海南宝贝芯片有限公司成立，公司设在海南洋浦经济开发区，总投资15亿美元，宝贝集团占有10%的股权，开发研制非接触性芯片高科技项目。

           At the beginning of 2007, Baobei Group and America Hongyang Enterprise Group jointly-invested in the establishment of Sino-America Hainan Baobei Chip Co., Ltd. Founded in Hainan Yangpu Economic Development Zone, the company claims a total investment of 1.5 billion dollar. Baobei Group has 10% of the totalequity. The company focuses on hi-tech projects such as the research and development of non-contact chips.
